Since moving to California nearly 10 years ago, I have had the honor to work with all ages providing traditional speech language therapy in many different settings. I began working with adults in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living settings and developed insight into the challenges faced by individuals with chronic aphasia. Branching into home health service provision has afforded me an appreciation for the essence of time in working with chronic needs of patients and their families. Currently, I provide individual therapy on a flexible telehealth basis, and I treat adults as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting at Casa Colina Hospital in Pomona. I am also happy to provide resources on a consultation basis.
