Cognitive Concierge offers virtual cognitive advocacy and wellness programs. We ease the burden of navigating life decisions that accompany cognitive conditions so our clients can focus on participating in life more fully and independently. Our Cognitive Ambassadors offer two types of virtual services to help families cope with cognitive conditions: Concierge Memberships and Cognitive Wellness Retreats.
Our Cognitive Ambassadors are seasoned medical professionals with a Master’s degree or PhD and backgrounds as experienced speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, social workers and psychologists. They have extensive experience in working with families coping with cognitive conditions, including different types of dementia, aphasia and traumatic brain injury.
Do you feel as though you are navigating the road alone, as you face daily challenges related to communication or memory loss? Are you seeking specific strategies and resources, tailored to meet your needs? Are you feeling overwhelmed while caring for your parent?
Our Concierge Memberships are monthly subscriptions that gives you on demand access to our Cognitive Ambassadors who work one-on-one with you and your family to ease the burden of your cognitive condition. Concierge Members are carefully matched with our Cognitive Ambassadors, who deliver personalized service over a virtual platform. You will have flexible and direct access to your Ambassador, with video meetings and daily email accessibility. Our Concierge Members also have access to a Personalized Resource Page, which outlines the roadmap to increased life participation and cognitive wellness.
Cognitive Wellness Retreats
Are you seeking meaningful, enriching activities to engage in from home? Are you interested in socializing with others who are coping with a similar condition?
Our Cognitive Wellness Retreats are month-long virtual events that immerse our clients and their care partners in new topics each month while also providing an opportunity to socialize with others who have similar conditions. Our Cognitive Ambassadors curate unique and stimulating virtual experiences that simultaneously provide new tools and strategies to address specific cognitive conditions, leaving our clients feeling revitalized. Each week, you will have access to an interactive webpage filled with 3 to 4 hours of engaging activities, in addition to a 90 minute social group over Zoom. We have separate social groups for people with Primary Progressive Aphasia, Stroke-Induced Aphasia, Memory Loss, Behavioral Challenges and Movement Disorders.
The stories below illustrate how we serve clients who are coping with the effects of dementia, stroke and traumatic brain injury. The conditions listed below are not exhaustive – we serve clients with any cognitive condition at any stage of their journey.
