The Aphasia Group is a support group for individuals and families living with aphasia that meets two times a month in Yakima at the Center for Counseling & Psychotherapy at 1015 S. 40th Avenue, Suite 23 in Yakima. Once a month we have a potluck and enjoy a fun meal together around a theme that the group decides on. The other gathering each month is usually centered around an activity such as playing cards, a craft/art project, picnics and other outings. The group is facilitated by Speech Language Pathologist, Bethany Davis, MA, CCC-SLP, CBIS of Brainstorm Rehab, LLC.
