WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

Planned Giving

We’re thankful for our donors that make the National Aphasia Association part of their giving legacy. Please read below for more information about the benefits of planned giving.

How we use your gifts

Your gift to the National Aphasia Association will help us continue to provide resources, education and programming to the aphasia community. This includes information to help raise awareness of aphasia for those that aren’t aphasia aware, as well as providing support to those directly affected by aphasia. A few examples of content and programming we’ve provided over the last few years:

  • Books: The Aphasia Caregiver Guide and Aphasia Threads, available free of charge on aphasia.org
  • Stories and News: Weekly articles about the latest developments in the aphasia community
  • Resources: Therapy and communication guides, tips for evaluating aphasia therapies, ID cards, book recommendations and more
  • Videos: Educational videos about aphasia and aphasia tips
  • Video meet ups: Our monthly Aphasia Café series, bringing together those with aphasia, their caregivers and professionals to create a welcoming community for those connected to aphasia
  • Affiliate database: Maintaining and growing our searchable database of 1,100+ speech pathologists, aphasia centers, support groups, and more
