Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA)

The NAA thanks Jeff Penzien and his family for making it possible to provide this information about Primary Progressive Aphasia. Jeff ran the Detroit Marathon in October 2004 in honor of his father, Herb Penzien, who has Primary Progressive Aphasia, and held a spaghetti
dinner the night of the marathon to educate the 500 or so guests about aphasia and to raise money for the NAA.
