Directed by Marymount Manhattan College, the necklace serves as a reminder that embracing communication inspires one to approach life with an open heart and to be strong in the face of life's adversities. The NAA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the recovery of aphasia survivors through the "total healing" of the mind, body and spirit. Set with aquamarines, whose healing properties are known to aid in communication, 100% of the profits from the sale go directly to the National Aphasia Association in honor of MMC.
